1. Need Analysis? What is the NEED? What is the problem? What goal do we need to achieve? What is the need for training?
* Core Curriculum--told to us by USOE. Is there a need to review? What is necessary for us to review? Whole day? Five questions quiz? Is there a need to for INTERVENTION?
What is the ROOT CAUSE? Yes, need review or intervention. Then what is the root cause for student needing extra support? Ex. screenings--hearing, vision. Yes, need to review the unit...did I teach it well? Enough time? Behavior problem interfering with learning? Enough time for practice?

2. Learner Analysis (population): Consider:
