After tonight's class, I am really wondering what type of leader I am, or even if I want the responsibility of being a leader, or have the characteristics of a leader. I have never really considered myself much of a leader. I like to share ideas and be an active part of a group, but I don't see myself changing the world in any significant way. So this class has me a bit on edge. I don't ever feel that I know enough or have the confidence to be in a leadership position. I guess I will just keep an open mind and see where this course leads me.
